dont know about curing ills but it sure will kill the branches of an oak 
tree when the streamer contacts it for 30+ seconds ...
as we have all heard before,  Tesla Coiling is a visual sport  not a 
contact sport...  :)

dont touch the streamers....  it could be bad    Im sure there are a few 
people ( if they were still alive) would tell you not to touch the 
pretty lights
