My house has 100% copper inside, but PVC from the
house to the  meter, making it a very poor ground.
Could make washing your hands while  coiling an
exciting event.

The Big problem is that it could be exciting for Anyone in the building  to 
use water in any way while the coil is running, even touching the flush  handle 
while seated on the throne.!!! =8^0
