new movie (fwd)

It's not exactly a Tesla coil, but a unique high voltage device is
present in the new movie, "Stardust".  In part of the movie Robert DeNiro
portrays a tough Captain of a strange airship that chases lightning
storms to "collect lightning in bottles" which they sell and trade with
customers for supplies.  Also stars Michelle Pfeiffer as a wicked witch.
 
Very creative with the ship suspended from a blimp by very long high
voltage insulators.  The ship uses metallic nets to "capture lightning"
as they chase storms around the sky. 
 
Actually, a great movie with a 4 star rating.  Very interesting story. 
Good movie to haul your girlfriend or wife to --- a romatic plot
included.  Part story and part a very funny comedy.
