I have looked at your site and find no evidence for what you claim. Indeed 
you seem to make strange assumptions on no evidence eg
"It almost seemed as though the coil were responding to energy in the ground 
connection or ambient radiation energy in the near field, or both."

I call this pseudoscience.   It has no place on this list.  There are many 
other sites that may welcome your input however such as Keelynet.

However if you wish to post the details of your unusual and poorly 
performing coil, then I imagine people would be happy to provide a proper 
analysis of  your combined flat and solenoidal coil without invoking 
"Quantum Aetherdynamics".
