Does anyone have any idea what type of glass is generally used inplasma globes? I have a relatively large globe (around 14" diameter)that I bought on Ebay a year or so ago, and I'm about to have sometime to start playing with it. The catch is that it's broken on thebase. I've toyed with glasswork and shouldn't have any problem fixingit, as long as I can pick a glass with the same or near-samecoefficient of thermal expansion (COE). Any suggestions?
