I haven't been following this thread, so please
someone let me know if I'm asking a redundant
question...

Anyway, Scott, you are submerging your MOT bank in oil
aren't you?
What about ballasting, PFC, etc?

You ought to contact Greg Hunter about this problem
(Hot streamer -- Greg's Garage) since he has done
really great work with MOTs over the years.
