Well,   I just wanted to share that find with you all....if you find 
a use...high or low voltage...then my job is done here   lol.   I 
wonder if there's any possibility of copper or silver plating over it 
once cured.....

   The only thing wrong with the stuff is the price and for many 
applications the amount used is so small that even the cost isn't too 
important.  If it were cheaper it would be more widely used.  The 
stuff with which I'm familiar uses silver but I think I've seen ads 
for copper based adhesive which should be cheaper.  As for plating 
the answer is yes although the plating solution might do bad things 
to the epoxy binder.  Certainly not a very smooth surface but that 
might not matter.
