Perhaps they say good for low voltage due to very low resistance.   I 
honesty haven't a clue, but I posted that link just in case someone 
could make use of it somewhere.

Hi Mike, I was thinking a major toroid problem was solved until I saw
this in the listing:


"Highly conductive non-toxic no lead product is great for low voltage
