Hi Dan,
You really don't have to change anything. Just fire it at
3600V. You can probably make the MMC out of fewer caps since the
voltage and current are less. All the values stay pretty much the same.
If your coils are small, you probably want to use small secondary
wire to keep the resonant frequency low. Otherwise, you might have
too low of primary coil value.
