In that case, they are fairly robust (i have tested them).  The do
have considerably smaller die size from the ones i have disected after
failure.

I checked and the 30N60 that I plan on using is the SOT-227. I plan
on buying them from Newark InOne (Canada) and just thought that it
could be a substitute for the 40N60 considering there allmost identicle.
