Hi all,

According to the superior chart, three chokes are used to get full parallel
current. I think this is series-parallel. And the taps used would yield 240V
not 280.
Since I have three 1256D's and the "steering wheel" knob, I would be
interested in Steve's balancing core idea? I need to reconfigure for three
phase too.

Steve, would this be three windings of 10 each #6 wound in the same direct
on a large toroid or variac core?

I think you could get by with 1 paralleling choke that had 3 windings
on it.  Very easy to do if you are going to make it yourself.
Otherwise i think what your diagram shows will work fine, though i
dont think its optimal.
