It's Ansoft's Maxwell SV.  A "free" program :-)))))))))

Their site is down tonight, but you can find it there:

It is an old 80's style interface and logic thing (think of it as
"well tested" :o))) but it works real good.

Downloaded it but when I went to install it I got the remark that"Windows 98 not supported". Do you know if it will work under 98?
