With a cap load prob .5-2A without a ballast (not recommended, the mots fry over time).

Sorta related to this thread -- a MMC for a 4-stack MOT
What is a good ballpark to plug in for a 8.1KV output
voltage -- ie, what current should I be expecting.

Will be running a ARSG when it is all said and done.
Immediate plans are a little jacob's ladder for the
4-stack.
