SISG Waveforms

I finally posted my SISG Waveforms on the web:

Note that these are from a couple of weeks back when my SISG break rate
was ~1000 BPS.
Notice how the SISG appears to skip a firing about every 8th break.  Not
sure if this is a random or systematic event yet.

Still waiting to borrow the scope again and get some more data at the
lower BPS with the re-shunted MOT's.
