I'm not aware of a US importer of German tubes.
I sometimes have the same feelings about auctions.
As I mentioned below, that German seller will also sell directly to you
outside eBay. No auction uncertainty, but if I recall correctly, the eBay
price often turned out to be less than the "direct" price. You'd need to
confirm that, ask for his price list. And then there's still shipping cost.
There is also a US seller in Southern Calif. who sometimes has Geissler
tubes on eBay which he imports from India. Price and quality are low, and
no overseas shipping. I don't happen to have a link or recall his eBay
name.
