to begin with - can you provide a quote, where _you_ thought that i`ve
been talking about insulation in such stupid context?

maybe you`ve bough your "caps from Russia" at the biggest oficial
distributor as i did? or you`ve bough them surplus from unknown fellow
on e-bay? then go and make your claims to that fellow - you just
deserved what you get.
