Hello Dmitry,

I agree with Terry. Although the tape peeling off looks bad, the rest 
seems ok. Certainly not the earlier versions I was thinking of. I'm 
sure it's just costmetic issue and not a functional one.

On a side note, those Russian caps look very nice!
