uF is an abbreviation for 'micro-farads' which is one millionth of afarad (0.000001 farads)

nF is "nano-farads' which is one one billionth of a farad (0.000000001 farads)
pF is 'pico farads' or one one trillionth of a farad (0.000000000001 farads)

there is 1000 nano farads in a micro farad
there is 1000000 pico farads in a micro farad
threre is 1000 pico farads in a nano farad
