Hi All,

Ran into problem with autotune since last update. Primary r1 was 
adjusted instead of r2 (caused geometry error), but only with certain 
geometry's. The problem was found and fixed, so there's an updated 
download and web version.

One other update included.
When coupling is auto adjusted (value placed in the Desired Coupling 
field), the ratio of adjustment was changed to better handle problem 
geometry's (prevent an inc/dec ratio loop). The ratio of adjustment 
now follows a log curve. This update should help if you experienced this issue.
