Found this in a trade "e-magazine" at work today and thought would be of
interest to the list.  Cost is "aggressively" reasonable for bleeder and other
high stress HV applications.  Resistors are good for voltages 2 to 4X that
of conventional form factor resistors available through Radio Sh..  or Digikey.
