For non-locking, why not "stove/dryer plugs" which are available very
cheap at most hardware stores. 50A, 240VAC, 2 hots +
ground. Receptacles mount in a standard junction box.
Once you get above that current rating, it starts to get really
expensive, no matter what you use.
