did you just use regular kitchen foil in thoese rolled caps ??/ I think that very thin
foil would be hard not to distort/wrinkle , and would leave many voids/pockets in the
consruction. I used the aluminum flashing , as per TCBOR...
I will build an mmc someday, when I can no longer repair my rolled caps (built in early
1990s )
I followed the TCBOR instructions closely, and ,have only had a few faiures, of witch
could be repaired in about an hour.
Ive run up to 5kw,.......just luck ?,...maybe................( but I will build an MMC
, someday :-)
