Hi Gerry:

I based my opinion on the observation that my coils tend to exhibit
racing sparks whenever the SRSG misses a beat and results in the safety
gap firing, at a higher bang voltage.  The questions you ask about
secondary parameters are excellent ones - I wish I had answers!
