Jim:

We use these at work all the time to affix levers to shafts.  Typically
we use them in applications where the shaft rotates back and forth never
making a full rotation.  Have also used them in low rpm
applications(like 10 to 50 rpm).  Have never used at the high speeds you
plan.  Have noted that vibration eventually loosens them up over months
of operation.
