Hi,
There are index files and I reduced the size of the pictures to about
10% of the size they were.

They would load a lot faster and be easier to view that way.
I usually try to get pictures under 100k bytes in size for the web, which
works fine for on-screen viewing at 640x480 or maybe 800x600 at the most.
Anyway, just something to consider; you might find you get more viewership
if you make them more accesible this way.

I hate to waste bandwidth on this - but I agree. I have a slow
modem connection and waited for a few minutes and the picture had
not opened up yet. I tried a smaller file and had the same
problem. I left the site without viewing any of the pictures.
