Interesting to note that the countries that have transmitters don't 
seem to be able to force those signals to other countries 
well...  Antarctica looks very quiet...

The "Q-Burst" graph is very interesting (Fig. 3).  This is what Tesla 
claimed to have studied.  But I must wonder if he was seeing the much 
more easily detectable MHz range "noise" from a lightning strike 
instead as common TV sets and radios do...
