"Sure.. all you need is an interface with different epsilon on each
side. THink of looking up at the surface of the water from
underneath. It certainly reflects in this case, even with distilled
water which is an insulator.
That said, this whole thing of images is kind of tricky for
abs(reflection coefficients) < 1 because the propagation constant is
different in the two media, so the image is of different sizes.
You could spend a life time working out nice conformal mapping
schemes for various cases. (people have.. got their PhD doing it.)"
Even good bipolar opamps have leakage currents below that. 10 nanoamps
is 0.01 uA, a fairly big current.
