With my 15/60 NST, I found that a .04uF cap was optimal (largest bang
size). Using a smaller cap, the voltages were correspondingly higher,
so your using a larger cap (.07-.08) will reduce the voltages and
prevent the safety gaps from firing. Probably not what you wanted to
hear, sorry!
