I've never heard of any insulating oil that breaks
down to mustard gas. But I do know that freon is
sometimes used as a dielectric, and I heard that if it
comes in contact with a flame, it can break down to
phosgene, which is even worse than mustard gas. There
would surely be no shortage of flames if that Marx
bank decided to blow up.
