hey jeff,
i too have collected a lot of flybacks, and spent hrs. surfing for
schematics...i found the most success with new potted & old ones
w/new primary winding flybacks at
<http://www.angelfire.com/80s/sixmhz/flyback.html>http://www.angelfire.com/80s/sixmhz/flyback.html....
i agree with the author "don't be in such a hurry to remove them
and wind you own. If there are at least two sets of coils, you can
use the original windings with no problems. It would probably work
even BETTER than winding your own coils (I've never figured out why
everyone says to wind your own???)."
flybacks are fickle beasts that respond well to 'trial & error'
wiring...there can be up to 8 wire configurations so take your time
and persistence will get the results you want...also look into camera
flash circuits...they're fun tooo
