Wash cars --- have a pie sale --- help someone move --- rake leaves ---
whatever it takes!!
The MMC caps work so much better than bottles because their
dielectric isn't dissipating near 1/5th of it's energy in heating the
glass (dielectric). The plastic dielectric in MMC caps is much more
efficient at high frequencies than glass.
Dr. Resonance
I was interested to know what kind of cap everyone else uses
for their MOT stacks. I use bottles as of now, but would love to
upgrade. Has anyone spent the money and used an MMC? and is it
worth the money to buy the 40+ caps? I'm on a budget so the bulk
order listed may be my way in to the wonders of MMCs.
Thanks Everyone,
Dan E
