Hi Adam,
I used to work at a small sign shop
bending and pumping neon signs.
Basically if you want a quality long lasting
tube you really need instrumentation
to show you what is happening inside the glass.
The guy that owned the shop got called to
active duty and he shut the business down
a year or so ago, he's back now and re-renovating
the place so I still have access to the manifold
and equipment. If you want I can go get
the specifications and procedures I used
for pumping and processing. For starters
what diameter glass were you going to
process?
