back. It is an average of 120vac so the cap is subject to the volts of
177volts for 1/60 sec for x 30 times.....
This may be true, however motor run caps are rated in AC Volts RMS,
they are slightly over-rated for the designed voltages, i.e, 165v cap
for 120v power, 370v for 240v power, etc...
