Tonne Software offers a trial version of the Meter program for free
download. It is good for 10 uses and then the print function is disabled. I
downloaded a copy and it is definitely a really fine piece of software. It
is very functional and intuitive and easy to use. It creates exceptional
meter faces of almost any configuration you can think of up to 4 scales on
a single face plate. I still believe that $24.95 is too high and that they
should have kept to the $10 price.
They also have some other interesting technical software for electronics
hobbyists available on their web site. Some of this software is free.
