	I think you should always use a power ground for safety.  Around here
the resistance between two 6 foot ground rods 3 feet apart is about 600
ohms!  I know because I went to a lot of trouble to drive a bunch of
them into the very dry and rocky ground at the base of my 50' tower.
Ended up using a big copper main water line as a ground and it worked
OK>  With the ground rods alone my mike was so hot with RF that is was a
pain to touch (gently).
