Hi, I'm not real sure, but I believe it is called an 'ion motor'. If
I remember right, it is a wheel with points sticking out on the edge,
not straight out, but at an angle (attached image, maybe?) They are
at about a 45* angle to the edge of the circle, if you can imagine
it. I think, It works because the charged ions spray off these points
with some momentum. The counter-momentum (forget the actual physics
words...) is what pushes the wheel to spin.
Anyone who knows a little more what they're talking about?

Well my other post didnt get much attention so im trying a diffrent
more approprite name. I have seen numerous times a object sitting on
top of a tesla coil spinning and emmitting lightning. What is this
and how do i make one. Sorry for my lack of knowledge and my bad spelling lol.
