Hi
Big DRSSTC:
full bridge with BUP314 (1200 V @ 52 A)
gate voltage 24 V
ON = 200 usec, PRF = 5-500
power under 1 kw I think
spark up to 38 inches
One failure- I have to increase the gate voltage to 30
V

ON = 1 msec, PRF = 1-30 pps
