Gary, Steve,
I second the GPO-3 electrical grade fiberglass from
McMaster-Carr. The only thing different I would do
is to go with 1/2" thick as opposed to 3/8". It does
serve admirably for this purpose, though and it's con-
siderably cheaper than G-10. A 1/2" x 11 1/8" GPO-3 disc
is what I'm using for the rotor of my large coil that
I have just about completed building now.
