Dan,
Yes I totally agree, this DRSSTC was really an experiment to play with
the issues with some cheap silicon, I have a number of 80A & 300A IGBT's on
standby for a real play, but the stakes are a bit higher with those ;-)

I have added a set of MU1560's across the (replaced) FETS.
