hey - we were talkin about the "net charging" - almost dc in result!
for that case 1,ooo,ooo ohms is quite enough to discharge C2 quickly :p

heck, i was wrong - 4v that Richard mentioned will be just at C2,
NOT at the divider input, sorry %-)
