Hallo Gary.

Now you got me curious about this point:
How should I wire things up, when I use a transformer
that has one end of the secondary grounded to mains ground.
I feel I like I cannot disconnect this ground, as in this case the
innner end of the secondary is bound to the core, which in turn
is grounded to mains ground to keep the voltage stress on the
inner layers of the winding low.
Shoud I change to RF ground ? I there a way to use a 3-terminal
gap there, too, or something similar?
Any input would be apperciated
