Hi Bart,

Dont know how this made it to pupman.  I thought I was sending Terry 
a private email, oh well.  The problem is minor and affects the case 
when Vin is not rated Vin.  I'll figure out the details and send you 
an updated formula. I have long forgotten about this issue so I 
appologize for never saying anything.
