Karl,
That's the problem, this wasn't an individual I bought it from. It is a
wire manufacturing company, supposedly. I guess they were just getting rid
of wire that failed quality control or something. Caveat emptor! When using
the Internet of course, you really have no idea of who you are dealing
with. It could be a little old lady with a PC and an Internet connection in
a closet somewhere!! {:-)
