Or you could use BitTorrent. As I understand it,
BitTorrent uploads different "Chunks" to each
downloader. As each downloader receives their chunk,
they start sharing that with all the other
downloaders. Soon everyone is uploading and
downloading at the same time. It actually gets more
efficient with more downloaders.
