Terry,

Yep, I've had two incidents of broken insulators by
two different major corporate shipping carriers.  I
"thought" I had packed them well, but if that bolt
smacks the concrete during a game of loading dock
package "football", there goes the insulator.  It's a
real pain to make sure they are well protected.
