	That's one or two mils.  As for the leakage, of course it all depends
on the capacitance.  I've found that 4000 ufd 400V capacitors from the
swap meet run as much as 5 ma leakage until well formed.  22 ufd 450
volt would indeed have a LOT less leakage.
