Motor shaft flange (arbor) supplier?

I've seen several photos by various coilers that use a high quality shaft 
flange that is used to attach the RSG rotor to the shaft (usually using 3 
to 4 bolts). Where would I find such a part (the flange), and what are 
these parts called. I've search many of the typical parts suppliers, but 
have not found what I'm looking for as yet.
