Tesla's knowledge was relatively basic compared to what is known now
about the behavior of high frequency/high voltage electricity, RF
waves, and resonance. He was certainly well beyond anyone else in that
very narrow field of research, and his pioneering efforts certainly
contributed to humanity's knowledge of such phenomena, but he was not
some mythical being with superhuman knowledge lost forever upon his
death. I would bet significant money that nothing Tesla ever actually
did is either unrepeatable nor unexplainable by a good RF engineer
given sufficient time and budget.

Because he tended to be rather secretive about his work (which
certainly hindered his lasting contribution to science), many stories
have been conjured up about supposed things Tesla did that "are still
unexplained", or "nobody understands", or "are unrepeatable". Most of
these mysterious stories lack any sort of historical basis in fact --
no sufficient factual record exists to verify that they happened, nor
to provide sufficient technical details about what actually took place
for anyone to even guess at how it was done. Many such accounts were
written by journalists, writers, and other non-technical people who
lacked the knowledge necessary to record pertinent technical
information. All of Tesla's properly documented research is well
understood.
