It may be an issue of inadequate grounding. I played
around with neon therapy for ~ 3 months,on a daily 1/2
hr basis for a freind who had bad boils on his back,
from what turns out to be a blood virus that almost
killed him... as there was a doctor in the 30's  Rife
was his name, there is even a website, (looking now);

where he describes the effects of different noble
gasses. My method was different then his however, as a
small neon was given an ending plate area, which was
then placed on the body, again with no shock, however
if you touched that patient, you would get a heck of a
shock. And also if the patient was well grounded, he
too would experience a slight shocking sensation. The
neon action could be reduced if he picked his feet up
off the carpet of the house, so it is literally a
electrostatic field to earth effect. The patient could
also be shocked if he touched the monitoring
oscilloscope on a metallic portion, (again a path to
ground) After one of these half hour neon treatments
the patients back would be itching terribly, (which
happens when a sore heals), but three months of these
treatments and daily doses of colloidal silver water
did not cure him, the doctors said it was a blood
disease.

The scope monitoring of the high frequency showed that
this occured only breifly during the time of the 60 hz
AC cycle, twice per cycle. A miniscule arc gap added
in series to the polar neon increased the hf effect
dramatically, where 10 burst/cycle, (or higher) were
then possible. This set up was also tested for seed
germination effects of pepper seeds, and the results
were fairly convincing that hf aided that seed
germination. The high voltage for the polar neon
system was created by a very high induction coil, (60
henry,1000 ohm 23 gauge wire spool), that when
resonated at 60 hz responded with a voltage rise or q
factor of 15. Two of these coils apparently developed
internal shorts or something, as in constant daily use
they were found to go bad, and would no longer
resonate.

During this 3 months experimentation, many additional
facts were gleaned. Would seeds generate if better
placed into the neon light itself? That light
significantly changes pale and glows brighter with the
miniscule arc gap addition. Here it was found that the
seeds themselves would detract from the signal the
patient recieves, and in fact the neon should be
isolated from any nearby metallic objects. The high
voltage source was actually obtained from a
stimulated SrFe magnet winding, and magnets placed
around the perifery of that magnets influence could be
hand felt to be vibrating. AC conveyed through space
via magnetism! Coils placed on these magnets show the
same emmitted EM that the neon itself emits. The
patients finger typically emits twice the amount the
neon does when measured in similar tests.

Other fascinating work with ferrite has taken place,
where for  3/8 inch samples, they appear to give off
anomalous red glowing heat when placed between the
phases of a 480 hz AC 3 phase alternator maximum
energy transfer resonance (METR) circuit. This circuit
is made by first measuring the amount of current
obtained on short from the AC phases, and by measuring
also the voltage present across the short, thereby
obtaining a V/I ratio to be designated as R(int). METR
requirements then become to construct loads of minimal
impedance where R(load)= R(int), and then resonate
them at the source frequency, where the present system
exhibits a q of 5. The lower the q of the system, the
more the second stage voltage rise system will supply
amperage wise, where the interphasal short is current
limited to 1.7 times the reactance of the outer
components.

4.5 in diameter secondaries for 45 dollars, I may
