Just a detail:
A 0.38x0.13 (diameters) toroid has 17.2109 pF
With the center closed I get 17.2123 pF
The description would be:
Ctoroid terminal 100 0.125 0 0.065 0 360
Lcenter terminal 100 0 0 0.06 0
Your toroid has 380 mm as the diameter of the center of the tube.
Ctoroid terminal 100 0.19 0 0.065 0 360
Lcenter terminal 100 0 0 0.125 0
